Spirit Figures I

These stylized brush marks evoke the human form. They are ghostlike and fluid. They appear on hot color fields that evoke images of fiery conflagration.

Technical Notes

The backgrounds are archival digital prints of sections of my acrylic paintings. The pigmented acrylic inks are lightfast, as are the pencil leads. The artwork format is either an 8x8 inch square or 8x10 inch rectangle. The black paper is 100% cotton and lightfast.
